This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and submit Rate, Rule, and Form filings across all states and Property & Casualty lines of business.
• Create and finalize the necessary transmittals.
• Assist in tracking and managing state filing objections.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to address and respond to objections promptly.
• Monitor the progress of state filing projects.
• Work together with the team to meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Conduct targeted research using public and proprietary insurance resources to support client initiatives.
• Keep track of bureau changes, updates to industry regulations, and market trends as needed.
• Actively engage in internal strategy meetings and training sessions to enhance your insurance and consulting knowledge.
• Collect, organize, and synthesize data for client-facing reports and internal strategic projects.
• Execute meticulous data entry and formatting for regulatory filings, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
• Aid in managing internal databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible.
• Assist in the preparation of professional draft documents, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Maintain organized project files and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our internal templates and tools.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in rate, rule, and form filing within Property and Casualty insurance, preferably in Commercial Lines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree (or in progress) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong skills in collecting, organizing, and reviewing data for accuracy.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough and precise research utilizing a range of resources, including online databases and industry-specific publications.
• Capable of drafting and formatting clear, concise, and professional documents, presentations, and reports.
• Experience in converting PDF files to Word and Excel formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous focus on accuracy, particularly in data entry, quality checks, and project documentation management.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, follow directions from senior team members, and contribute to shared goals.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach to understanding new processes, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
