• Perform comprehensive analysis of HR and Benefits expenditures

• Apply internal data, independent research, and industry knowledge to draw conclusions regarding pricing

• Utilize procurement expertise to derive insights from complex datasets

• Evaluate financial impact over time and comprehend contract expenses

• Remain informed about industry trends in HR and Benefits procurement

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to verify data

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, or Data Analytics

• Background in procurement, finance, or enterprise software/hardware sales

• Excellent writing abilities and attention to detail

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and various data analysis tools

• Strong grasp of procurement spending processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management

• Outstanding communication skills

• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and recognizing trends
