Analyst, ITS Risk and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Support the maintenance of PCA’s policies and procedures in alignment with IT Systems’ Internal Control Standards.

• Aid in providing documentation for Internal and External audits concerning General IT Controls (GITC) Test of Design (ToD), Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE), roll-forward, and year-end audits.

• Generate and/or request urgent reports utilized in supporting audit evidence.

• Execute and assist with various management initiatives, including but not limited to: User Reviews, Management, Testing, Disaster Recovery, SOC Reports, and Data Center evaluations.

• Accountable for adhering to and understanding the company’s policies and procedures; for disseminating information that would benefit fellow team members; and for discovering methods to enhance service delivery to our clients.

• Consistently work to reinforce PCA’s business ethos of fulfilling needs and surpassing customer expectations. • Strong decision-making capabilities are essential to ensure compliance with PCA’s policies and procedures across all business units. Recognize and assess any processes that could be refined to meet Federal, State, Local, CIS, and SOX requirements.

• Must engage effectively and professionally with all levels of plant and corporate personnel as well as external auditors. Internally, this role primarily liaises with IT, Financial, and Audit teams. Externally, this position routinely communicates with PCA’s external audit partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• One to two years of prior work experience in IT, audit, risk management, or the financial sector.

• Capability to acquire knowledge in the following technical areas:

• Network security: Active Directory.

• Application security: User provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and general security for designated financial applications.

• Change Management procedures for specified financial applications.

• Change Development procedures for new software development/acquisitions for specified financial applications.

• Data Center: Environmental, Logical & Physical Security, Backup Recovery, and Disaster Recovery.

• Service Level Agreements and SOC reports for specified outsourced IT functions.

• Proficient in current Windows Operating Systems, Word, Excel, MS Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple details, deadlines, and requests.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with individuals across the company regarding departmental procedures, policies, and information requests.

• Capacity to adapt and work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

• Ability to assess and prioritize tasks for efficiency and thoroughness.

• Must exhibit exceptional organization and attention to detail.
