Analyst II, Sales Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Review and manage the onboarding processes for Eye Care Professional Channel customers through the Salesforce.com portal.

• Assess the suitability and alignment of custom program requests utilizing established templates and a delegation of authority matrix.

• Generate specific sales, customer mix, and Sales team reports for both weekly and monthly meetings.

• Develop specialized reports and services using SQL, Access, Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

• Capable of producing reports in spreadsheet, Power BI, and PowerPoint formats.

• Collaborate on project teams to enhance commercial programs and information systems.

• Diagnose and resolve customer account setup errors, coordinating with internal resources to rectify issues (including calculating credits owed and submitting credit requests).

• Engage in pricing program audits and provide support to the Pricing team functions.

• Create content and participate in regular training sessions for Sales team members, including New Hire Trainings and periodic spot training on various Sales Operations topics.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate office setting.

• Experience in the optical industry is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in spreadsheet use, analytical thinking, mathematics, and statistical data analysis.

• Desired knowledge of SAP, CRM, DVI, and similar systems.

• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce.com, and Power BI is preferred.

• Must exhibit high attention to detail along with strong organizational and planning skills.

• Capability to lead projects and collaborate with other departments.

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are essential.
