This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to Data Exchange with great accuracy, conducting in-depth research into automated alerts to reduce impact on service continuity, ensure data integrity, avoid delays, and uncover root causes.
• Proactively identify and escalate operational risks by monitoring queues for irregularities and unexpected data trends.
• Combine standard runbook procedures with comprehensive analytical research to address complex alerts, while proactively identifying and flagging any outdated processes to leadership.
• Actively report incidents and assist in the resolution process from detection to root-cause analysis, seeking guidance from Analyst II’s or Leads when necessary.
• Assist cross-functional teams with complex escalations by gathering all pertinent information, ensuring that other teams possess the necessary context to resolve issues without needing further details.
• Gain familiarity with payroll or money movement processes to enhance understanding of the business context surrounding Data Exchange operations.
• Acquire experience in identifying trends and anomalies through data analysis to aid in proactive issue detection.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an operational or real-time monitoring setting.
• Outstanding attention to detail to ensure precise resolution of Data Exchange issues.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality execution in a dynamic environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver capable of utilizing available documentation to independently drive resolutions.
• A willingness to learn and apply foundational technical skills (e.g., basic querying or monitoring tools) to assist with troubleshooting efforts.
• Strong communication abilities and the capability to collaborate effectively across teams, with readiness to support critical business needs outside of standard business hours as required.
