Analyst, Health Care Quality Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Executes a quality management strategy that fulfills both internal and external expectations.

• Strives to meet daily objectives for the Health Care Quality Management function.

• Simplifies complex data into an easily understandable format.

• Aids in the development and execution of QM projects.

• Records QM activities to ensure compliance.

• Initiates outbound calls to help members access necessary services.

• Conducts both quantitative and qualitative data analysis to meet operational goals.

• Communicates business information and provides consulting on solutions for emerging issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector.

• Prior clinical and/or managed care experience in healthcare or quality management.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficient in developing presentations and handling data.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of HEDIS.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, a High School Diploma/G.E.D is required.
