This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the creation and development of talent management frameworks, resources for facilitators, and program materials.
• Oversee talent intake procedures in collaboration with HR Business Partners and the HRIS.
• Play a role in formulating change management strategies for HR and business transformation efforts.
• Compose communications for stakeholders, aid in readiness evaluations, and monitor adoption rates.
• Create information presentations, visual aids, and communication resources for initiatives focused on talent and organizational effectiveness.
• Support the development of organizational design documents, including organizational charts, role mapping, and resources for workforce planning.
• Assist in the implementation of the annual performance review process.
• Provide on-demand support for internal HR projects and initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices related to talent management, organizational development, and change management.
• Previous experience in supporting or executing talent management processes, such as performance evaluations and talent planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Skill in managing competing priorities during high-demand periods.
• Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar field; relevant internship or academic experience may be considered, along with experience utilizing talent-related tools and resources in a business context.
• Familiarity with Workday is considered an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with global teams is preferred.
