This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer quantitative assistance to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy by providing cost, margin, and revenue data to guide actions within commercial and operations teams.
• Convert enterprise data into scalable models that are capable of supporting root cause analysis and identifying trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and critical drivers of margin and revenue performance.
• Develop standardized reports that facilitate decision-making for leadership.
• Examine historical volume and conversion data to inform the company’s long-term planning.
• Assist in ROI analysis for on-the-fly decisions throughout the organization.
• Construct and maintain cost models to assess requests and guide operational planning, capacity, and resource allocation decisions.
• Discover opportunities to minimize touchpoints and automate reporting processes.
• Ensure data integrity across models and create clear, executive-ready presentations.
• Oversee additional ad hoc operational and financial analyses as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or business analytics.
• Advanced skills in Excel; experience in building financial and forecasting models using large datasets.
• Proficient in integrating artificial intelligence tools and agentic workflows into reporting and modeling.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools for generating executive-ready reports.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights that enhance business performance and planning.
• Familiarity with ROI analysis, business cases, and long-term planning.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, emphasizing data accuracy and integrity.
