Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and deliver advanced analytics for specific product and business areas within the Host App and Marketing sectors.

• Conduct analysis of large, intricate datasets utilizing statistical, causal, and exploratory methodologies.

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and quasi-experiments.

• Create and authenticate metrics and dimensions to assess product performance and business outcomes.

• Construct and sustain queries, dashboards, and analytical reports.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams.

• Deliver clear insights and recommendations through both written and verbal communication, including presentations suitable for leadership.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance efficiency and automate repetitive analytical tasks when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis; industry experience is essential.

• Strong practical expertise in SQL.

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Python or R.

• Experience in designing and analyzing A/B experiments.

• Proven ability to apply statistical methods to real-world product challenges.

• Experience in developing metrics from start to finish, including definitions, validation, and data-pipeline implementation.

• Strong analytical judgment with the capability to balance thoroughness with speed.

• Ability to clearly communicate analytical trade-offs.

• Capacity to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet established timelines.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

• Preferred: experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy environments.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows.
