Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee and carry out daily operations related to material master data management in the APeJC Markets.

• Lead small to medium-scale projects.

• Create solutions for a range of moderately complex challenges.

• Accountable for the prompt, effective, and precise coordination, creation, and upkeep of various master data elements in SAP/ECC, either directly or through automated workflow systems.

• Supervise and implement data operations along with the data quality procedures.

• Collaborate with partners on tactical issues.

• Offer appropriate guidance regarding data operations.

• Work together to develop and maintain documentation relevant to the area of responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional business experience is necessary.

• Supply Chain certifications, such as Lean yellow belt, are preferred.

• Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge, ideally within the healthcare or FMCG sectors.

• Proficiency in data processing systems (e.g., SAP is mandatory, OMP+ is preferred) and tools for managing Master Data GxP requirements.

• Comprehensive business and technical understanding of all Supply Chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.

• A relevant combination of global, regional, and cross-sector/industry experience.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Capability to foster strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish shared goals and objectives without compromising outcomes.

• Ability to contribute effectively within a diverse, multicultural, and remote team.

• Skilled in managing multiple initiatives within timelines in a dynamic matrix environment where priorities shift rapidly.

• Fluency in English is required.
