• Take full ownership of designated analyses and work streams with minimal guidance and support.

• Create and prepare presentations utilizing existing frameworks and other written materials.

• Share insights and recommendations developed for client projects.

• Collaborate with teams to assess clients’ needs and formulate recommendations.

• Formulate hypotheses to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Develop and enhance innovative recommendations for clients.

• Engage in the development of the firm.

• Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving and expanding the firm, including recruitment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Genuine interest in consulting, business, and innovation.

• Well-developed analytical skills along with the capability to tackle unstructured or ambiguous challenges.

• Proficient in conducting both secondary and primary research.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
