This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assess operational, financial, and business data to aid in staffing, capacity, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Recognize trends, risks, opportunities, and capacity deficiencies.
• Create forecasts and analytical models for present and future workforce requirements.
• Convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior leadership through effective storytelling and presentations.
• Develop and uphold reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using Tableau and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams and cross-functional stakeholders regarding reporting and analytical needs.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning by assessing staffing needs and predicting workforce costs.
• Evaluate the workforce impacts of integrating new business groups, functions, or strategic initiatives.
• Ensure workforce plans are in alignment with organizational goals.
• Exercise independent judgment in significant matters and contribute to strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Maintain consistent, regular, and punctual attendance.
• Be available to work nights and weekends on varying schedules when necessary.
• Carry out additional assigned duties and responsibilities.
• 5–7 years of pertinent work experience.
• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting large or complex data sets to influence business decisions.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with workforce management, capacity planning, staffing models, or operational forecasting.
• Capability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in communicating findings through storytelling and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Tableau and other reporting, Business Intelligence, or data visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and project planning abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A background in finance, financial analysis, or related functions is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with supporting complex workforce, operational, or strategic planning initiatives is preferred.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; relevant coursework and extensive professional experience may also be taken into account.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends on varying schedules when necessary.
• Base pay within the Colorado range of $64,053.17–$96,079.75.
