This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the CSM module.
• Create and maintain Record Producers, Service Catalogs, and Workflows/Flows.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of functionalities in the Configurable Workspace.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to define technical solutions.
• Ensure the application of best practices in development and governance on the platform.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment processes (Dev, QA, Prod).
• Take part in code reviews and the technical documentation of solutions.
• Experience in development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (both server-side and client-side).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer / Workflow.
• Experience with Configurable Workspace.
• Knowledge in data modeling (tables, relationships, CMDB is a plus).
• Experience with version control and best development practices.
