📋 Description

• Performance Management: Take ownership of product results within the ecosystem, responsible for organizing and prioritizing the initiative roadmap.

• Problem Solving and Analysis: Conduct analyses and resolve complex issues involving data and internal processes.

• Interfacing Between Teams: Collaborate with various departments to unblock issues and facilitate continuous improvements.

• Operational Efficiency: Leverage AI to optimize productivity and scale the team's routines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Growth, Product Management, and/or Project Management.

• Advanced SQL (BigQuery) skills, with the ability to perform in-depth analyses independently and train others.

• Experience in project management and workflow organization.

• Proactive, organized, and analytical profile.

• Differentiators:

• Previous experience with Growth and Products.

• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI).
