• Gathering requirements

• Functional analysis

• Providing support to technical teams during the development and evolution phases of applications

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders in a structured banking environment

• Conducting process analysis

• Producing functional documentation

• Assisting in the definition of application solutions

• Special focus on processes related to Portfolio, Current Accounts, and Home Banking

• Knowledge of the Portfolio domain and its related integration processes:

• Presentation

• Discount of effects

• Portfolio of effects

• Advance accounts

• Settlement conditions

• Proven experience in drafting functional analyses

• Ability to interface with technical teams during development and requirements clarification phases

• Understanding of processes related to:

• Current Accounts

• Settlement

• Accounting

• Experience with:

• Home Banking portals integration with core banking processes

• Familiarity with:

• Conditions for banking transparency processes

• Capability in requirements analysis and functional process modeling
