Analista Funcional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with user areas and stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and clear functional specifications.

• Analyze and model business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Have over 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in roles related to software requirements analysis.

• Possess knowledge in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements.

• Be proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capable of creating user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process diagrams.

• Familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Bizagi, or similar applications.
