Analista Fiscal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, and both in-person and online meetings to address inquiries and align processes.

• Troubleshoot issues, gather tax information, and keep up-to-date with tax legislation.

• Prepare accessory declarations for low, medium, and high complexity regimes at the federal, municipal, and state levels.

• Conduct fiscal closures and submit payment guides for companies under the Simples Nacional regime.

• Execute fiscal closures and send payment guides for companies operating under the Lucro Presumido regime.

• Carry out fiscal closures and dispatch payment guides for companies under the Lucro Real regime.

• Provide complex fiscal and tax advisory and consulting services.

• Assist with audits and meet client needs.

• Support new team members by guiding them on the system, network, and processes within the fiscal department.

• Help the team with standard routine fiscal demands.

• Experience in the fiscal area.

• Background in an accounting office.

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in related fields.

• Familiarity with the Domínio system.
