Analista FinOps Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead FinOps initiatives, fostering governance, financial efficiency, and transparency in cloud costs.

• Manage financial oversight of AWS, Azure, GCP, and other platforms utilized by the organization.

• Perform consumption analyses, identify variances, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

• Prepare forecasts, assist with budget planning, and monitor the financial execution of cloud investments.

• Develop key performance indicators and executive dashboards to track costs, consumption, and operational efficiency.

• Support the definition and evolution of Showback, Chargeback, and Cost Allocation models.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Product teams to integrate financial efficiency into technical decisions from the outset of the development cycle.

• Drive optimization initiatives related to Savings Plans, Reserved Instances, and other cost-reduction mechanisms.

• Automate financial analysis and management processes using Artificial Intelligence.

• Conduct meetings with technical and executive stakeholders.

• Promote the FinOps culture by fostering best practices, training, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in FinOps.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and technology cost management.

• Understanding of pricing models, billing, and cost optimization in cloud environments.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across different areas.

• Consultative, analytical mindset focused on value generation.

• FinOps Certified Practitioner or higher certification is a plus.

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications are advantageous.

• Experience with Cloudability, Turbonomic, or equivalent tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container cost management is advantageous.

• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code is a plus.

• Background in large corporate environments and digital transformation is a plus.
