This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Issuance, verification, and dispatch of bank slips;
• Monitoring and tracking of receipts;
• Reconciliation between bank receipts and internal controls;
• Recording and verifying received payments;
• Collection from delinquent clients;
• Creation and tracking of payment links for deposits and additional collections;
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations;
• Update financial spreadsheets and controls;
• Prepare and monitor the actual and projected cash flow;
• Review expected inflows and outflows;
• Check the company’s financial transactions;
• Strategically analyze cash flow and present recommendations to management;
• Manage and execute national and international payments;
• Process international remittances;
• Ensure timely payments according to established deadlines;
• Carry out the operational processing of payroll;
• Generate slips and recurring payments;
• Execute the monthly cash closing;
• Organize documentation for the accounting office;
• Send statements, reports, and financial statements;
• Calculate commissions for the sales and reservations teams;
• Assess monthly results and generate management analyses;
• Produce financial recommendations for the partners;
• Work with clients on collection processes, payments, and financial support;
• Collaborate with internal teams in reservations, operations, and management;
• Support the financial organization of national and international operations;
• Manage relationships with banks and financial suppliers.
• Academic background with a completed higher education in: • Administration; • Accounting; • Economics; • Financial Management; • Related fields.
• Strong experience in comprehensive financial routines;
• Background as a Senior Financial Analyst or equivalent role;
• Experience with international payments and operations in foreign currency;
• Knowledge in currency management;
• Experience in the tourism sector will be considered an advantage;
• Experience in international operations will be an asset;
• Experience in small to medium-sized enterprises with high operational complexity will be a relevant advantage;
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
• Cash flow management;
• Financial reconciliation;
• Monthly financial closing;
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting;
• Issuance of slips and collection processes;
• Familiarity with banking systems;
• Knowledge of national and international payment platforms;
• Ability to organize and analyze a large volume of financial information.
