This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain applications, ensuring the adoption of best coding practices and software design.

• Implement features based on business and technical requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of solutions.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to define solutions.

• Address technical challenges alongside the team.

• Support the automation of processes, including CI/CD and automated testing.

• Ensure the quality and efficiency of deliveries.

• Work as needed in one or more areas: backend, frontend, or fullstack.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, or a degree in any area with a postgraduate degree in IT (minimum 360 hours).

• Experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language.

• Knowledge of API development, databases (SQL/NoSQL), version control with Git, and agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with best practices in software quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and active listening abilities.

• Autonomy, organization, and time management with a focus on results.
