Analista de Validación de Identidad – Fraude

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage requests received through various channels to facilitate customer onboarding to Bold's different products.

• Validate and analyze documentation from clients interested in joining Bold, identifying potential risks or fraud.

• Verify the accounts of linked merchants, adhering to established processes and timelines.

• Address requests escalated by the Sales and Support teams.

• Update the information of linked merchants according to their requests.

• Report incidents related to information security.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, technical degree, technology student, or student of judicial research, document management, fingerprint analysis, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.

• Over 2 years of experience in areas related to fraud within financial institutions, banks, or similar environments.

• Specific experience and knowledge in validating identity documents.

• Availability for rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and one Sunday a month between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for a 5-hour shift.
