This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Monitor the utilization of storage, identify bottlenecks, and plan expansions or improvements to prevent future issues;

• Define and implement retention, backup, and archiving policies for data, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations;

• Diagnose and resolve storage-related issues, minimizing the impact on the organization's operations;

• Perform updates, patches, and maintenance of hardware and software to ensure the stability and security of storage systems;

• Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, incidents, and improvements made to storage systems;

• Participate in expansion or upgrade projects of storage infrastructure, ensuring integration and compatibility;

• Implement security measures, access controls, and encryption to protect stored information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in the area of Information Technology (IT).

• Demonstrate, through records in the Work and Social Security Card or a declaration from a public or private institution where previously employed, experience in the specified specialty, covering at least: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in storage solutions based on Storage Area Network – SAN.

• ITIL 4 training, with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours.

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.

• HCIA – Storage V5.0 Course, or a higher version.
