Analista de SRE Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reliability and Operational Security: Ensure the reliability, security, and stability of services and environments on a daily basis.

• Resilience and Performance: Enhance the resilience of environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, availability, and observability of systems.

• Incident Management: Actively participate in crisis and incident resolution, contributing to the mitigation of failures and the swift recovery of services.

• Product Evolution and Security: Identify needs and define security requirements, supporting the continuous evolution of the product and technical solutions.

• CI/CD and Continuous Delivery: Monitor, develop, and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and quality deployments.

• Cost Optimization: Work on optimizing the costs of services, seeking operational efficiency and sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Native solutions, working in distributed and high-availability environments.

• Advanced knowledge in Cloud, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — with AWS or Azure as acceptable alternatives.

• Knowledge in the architecture and deployment of cloud environments, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting managed microservices in Kubernetes, with a preference for GKE (alternatively EKS or AKS).

• Intermediate knowledge in IaC (Terraform), applying best practices in automation and infrastructure standardization.

• Experience in developing infrastructure automations using Bash, Python, or Go.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, working in multidisciplinary squads.

• Intermediate English skills, with the ability to communicate in interactions with global teams via chat, email, and technical tickets.
