Analista de Sistemas, Protheus – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Serve as a technical and functional reference for the ERP TOTVS Protheus, assisting business areas in utilizing the modules and features of the solution.

• Identify improvement opportunities through the system's native resources.

• Provide functional support to users.

• Gather and document requirements for customizations when necessary.

• Act as an interface between business areas and the consultancies responsible for the development and evolution of the ERP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with the ERP TOTVS Protheus, focusing on system support and functional evolution.

• Knowledge of the main Protheus modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Finance, Tax, and Accounting.

• Experience in configuring and utilizing the ERP's native functionalities.

• Ability to identify improvement opportunities in business processes using Protheus resources.

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements for customizations and integrations.

• Experience interfacing with Key Users, business areas, and implementation/development consultancies.

• Experience in homologation, testing, and monitoring the implementation of improvements.
