This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and develop system projects

• Elicit and analyze requirements

• Map processes and conduct logical and physical data analysis and modeling according to business rules

• Evaluate the performance of implemented systems

• Troubleshoot technical issues and create manuals

• Coordinate programming services

• Create test scripts in KDZ

• Perform data modeling using CASE tools (ERWN)

• Manage demands available on the platform

• Resolve and track development codes on high platforms

• Develop and conduct tests in KDZ

• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Kanban and Scrum

• Contribute to strategic projects at Minsait, a digital transformation and information technology company

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficiency in Mainframe programming languages, Natural One, and Cobol

• Knowledge of Cobol/Cobol CICS, Natural, DB2, SQL, and VSAM

• Understanding of structured systems analysis

• Experience or familiarity with data modeling using CASE tools (ERWN)

• Knowledge of algorithms

• Ability to manage demands on the platform

• Capability to resolve and track development codes on high platforms

• Knowledge and practice of testing in KDZ

• Experience or knowledge of Agile ceremonies such as Kanban and Scrum
