This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and structure business needs, translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, solution flows, and functional documentation.

• Facilitate communication and alignment among business areas, technology, product, and other involved teams.

• Support backlog prioritization, taking into account value, impact, risks, and dependencies.

• Analyze the impacts of changes, identify risks, and propose viable alternatives for the business.

• Act in a consultative capacity with stakeholders, leading meetings, interviews, and workshops.

• Monitor product and/or process metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Contribute to the evolution of agile practices and best business analysis methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related areas.

• Excellent ability to understand complex business rules and translate them into clear and objective documents.

• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

• Skill in conducting alignments with various stakeholder profiles.

• Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical thinking.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.

• Involvement in digital product projects, integrations, or corporate systems.

• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and a sense of priority.

• Basic knowledge of UX and User Experience.

• Collaborative profile with strong relationship management skills.

• Ownership mentality, autonomy, and adaptability to dynamic environments.

• Clarity, assertiveness, and responsibility in communication.
