This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the identification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for critical and high-complexity projects.
• Write and ensure the quality of user stories, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with system architects to ensure that proposed solutions meet the organization's long-term objectives.
• Map and document APIs, integrations, and relevant technical contracts.
• Analyze current workflows (As-Is), identify bottlenecks, and design optimized processes (To-Be) that maximize ROI of the systems.
• Act as an internal consultant, managing expectations and communicating project progress and risks clearly.
• Actively participate in upstream processes, collaborating on the refinement and detailing of demands.
• Oversee the creation of test plans and validate that technical delivery is strictly aligned with business needs.
• Produce efficient documentation, focusing on what truly adds value to the team.
• Support the technical development of mid-level and junior analysts, sharing best practices in systems analysis.
• Collaborate with PMs, Tech Leads, Agile practitioners, and other team members to ensure quality deliveries.
• Assist in defining and detailing the scope of initiatives, contributing to estimates and predictability.
• Participate in prioritization meetings, bringing relevant information about demands and impacts.
• Create and detail user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with product objectives.
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in related roles bridging IT and Business.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Solid experience with SQL for data analysis and system validation.
• Proficiency in modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Lucidchart, or Visio).
• Knowledge in system integration via APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in upstream processes, refinement, and prioritization of demands.
• Ability to produce clear and useful documentation for the team.
• Ease of working collaboratively with diverse profiles (product, technology, agility).
• Organizational skills and priority focus, able to handle multiple demands.
• Proactive in seeking information, aligning expectations, and proposing improvements.
• Clear, objective communication aligned with Sicredi's values.

• Autonomy in decision-making within ambiguous environments.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with stakeholders at various levels.

• Knowledge of in-memory databases and NoSQL.
