Analista de Seguridad de la Información – Semi Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the operation and management of Information Security.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to Information Security alerts.

• Refine alerts and rules to enhance their effectiveness and minimize false positives.

• Analyze events and identify behaviors that may pose risks to information.

• Follow up on and manage requirements related to Information Security.

• Assist in identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities, risks, and security deviations.

• Document findings, analyses, and actions taken.

• Generate reports and track identified cases.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to manage and resolve security-related issues.

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Information Security controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.

• Experience as a Semi Senior Information Security Analyst.

• Experience in monitoring and analyzing security alerts.

• Experience in refining alerts, rules, or security controls.

• Knowledge in risk management and Information Security controls.

• Strong analytical skills for event analysis and report generation.

• Preferred certifications related to Information Security.

• Desired experience in the financial/investment sector or environments with high security requirements.

• Ability to investigate and analyze alerts.

• Proficient handling of confidential information.
