Analista de Segurança Cibernética – Resposta a Incidentes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Join the global Incident Response team (CSIRT).

• Monitor, investigate, contain, and respond to security incidents.

• Manage and track incidents using ServiceNow.

• Conduct event analysis, indicators of compromise (IoCs), and alert correlation.

• Implement mitigation actions and escalation when necessary.

• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and incident reports.

• Oversee and review security platforms within the environment.

• Participate in technical meetings with internal teams, clients, and global stakeholders.

• Be part of the on-call rotation as per the schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, focusing on monitoring, investigating, and responding to incidents.

• Prior experience in SOC, CSIRT, or Blue Team environments.

• Comprehensive management of the security incident lifecycle: identification, triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and lessons learned.

• Strong knowledge of network security.

• Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and malware taxonomies.

• Experience with monitoring, detection, and incident response tools (Google Chronicle, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Akamai, AWS GuardDuty, and SIEMs).

• Knowledge of security solutions such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and security in Azure and AWS environments.

• Proficiency in event analysis and incident investigation in Windows and Linux environments.

• Understanding of log analysis, event correlation, Threat Hunting, and MITRE ATT&CK.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.

• Analytical and investigative mindset.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of working under pressure.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

• English: Advanced/fluent level.

• Spanish: Intermediate or advanced level - desirable for interaction with teams in Spain and knowledge transfer.
