Analista de Requisitos Pleno

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, flow diagrams, data modeling, and use cases.

• Actively participate in planning and review ceremonies, ensuring understanding and validation of requirements throughout the development cycle.

• Develop prototypes for screens and system behavior.

• Translate client and business needs into clear and well-defined user stories.

• Serve as a liaison between business areas and the technical team, ensuring that requirements are correctly understood.

• Draft meeting minutes, acceptance terms, and client approval plans, ensuring they are signed off.

• Collaborate with product owners, coordinators, and developers to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Support the QA team in defining test scenarios based on gathered requirements.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to project scope, proposing solutions for business challenges.

• Address queries from other analysis team members regarding business rules of the systems.

• Create periodic updates about system changes and developments for stakeholders and clients.

• Work with the UX/UI team to ensure that requirements reflect the best user experience.

• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Assist in sprint testing when necessary.

• Aid in the creation of questionnaires and surveys to gather user needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of databases.

• Familiarity with the JSON standard.

• Understanding of Web Service communications.

• Experience with agile methodologies.

• Proven experience in requirements gathering.

• Experience writing acceptance criteria in BDD format.

• Availability for travel.

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields.

• Certification in Requirements Analysis or a related area (preferred).

• Knowledge of APIs (preferred).

• Familiarity with Postman and SoapUI tools (preferred).

• Experience in licensing projects for firefighters, environmental protection, or agricultural defense (preferred).
