Analista de Redes – Foco Rede SDWAN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, support, and enhance the corporate network environment, focusing on SD-WAN solutions.

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of WAN, LAN, Internet infrastructure, and connectivity with providers.

• Define, implement, and optimize routing policies, QoS, segmentation, and network resilience.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents related to connectivity, performance, and availability of services.

• Engage in projects for the expansion, modernization, and transformation of network infrastructure.

• Conduct capacity, performance, and consumption trend analyses for communication environments.

• Support and monitor telecommunications providers and technical partners.

• Contribute to the establishment of standards, architectures, and best practices for network environments.

• Automate operational activities and processes related to network infrastructure management.

• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and root cause analyses (RCA).

• Ensure service compliance with availability, security, and business continuity requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with security, infrastructure, cloud, audit, and risk teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing corporate network environments of medium to large scale.

• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions.

• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, IPsec VPN, QoS, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.

• Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst equipment and Cisco management platforms.

• Experience in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Internet, and SD-WAN networks.

• Understanding of telecommunications services and operators.

• Knowledge of network security fundamentals.

• Experience with monitoring and analyzing the performance of connectivity environments.

• Knowledge of network automation using Python, APIs, or similar tools will be considered an advantage.

• Desired certifications: CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Implementation, Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SD-WAN Design, Cisco DevNet Associate.

• ITIL Foundation certification will be considered a plus.
