• Manage end-to-end processes for large-scale recruitment.

• Handle a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.

• Strategically publish job openings across various channels to attract talent.

• Quickly filter, profile, and validate candidates with discernment.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent follow-up.

• Ensure daily and weekly coverage targets are met.
