Analista de Qualidade de Software SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define, implements, and evolves the organization's testing strategy, encompassing functional, integration, regression, end-to-end (E2E), and exploratory testing.

• Acts as a reference point for software quality, influencing technical decisions and supporting development, product, and business teams.

• Designs, develops, and maintains test automation frameworks using Java and Robot Framework.

• Implements and sustains the BDD approach through Gherkin, ensuring traceability between requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

• Builds and evolves CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, integrating test automation into the DevOps workflow.

• Monitors and analyzes logs, metrics, and quality indicators, proposing and tracking preventive and corrective actions.

• Manages and oversees the testing cycle via Jira and Xray.

• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to define acceptance criteria, plan validations, review requirements, and track deliverables.

• Contributes to the continuous evolution of QA processes by promoting best practices, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation using Java and Robot Framework.

• Solid background in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and writing scenarios in Gherkin.

• Established experience in integration testing, including REST and SOAP APIs.

• Practical knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB databases.

• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab.

• Familiarity with test management tools, particularly Jira and Xray.

• Experience in monitoring quality metrics, analyzing logs, and tracking indicators.

• Ability to structure, implement, and evolve software quality processes.

• Fluent English for meetings, technical alignments, and documentation.

• Advanced Spanish.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Additional advantages: experience in Cloud environments, preferably IBM Cloud; background in the Insurance sector; ISTQB CTFL, CTAL, and Agile Tester certifications; experience with automated testing; ability to act as a technical reference.
