Analista de Projetos – Fiscal e Tributário

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to the Project Manager in the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of IT projects, utilizing SAP methodologies (Activate, ASAP, Agile), PMO, and PMBOK.

• Scope, Schedule, and Cost Management: Develop, manage, and update detailed schedules, costs, delivery margins, and scope, ensuring adherence to planned deadlines.

• Organize and participate in daily meetings (Daily Stand-ups) to discuss progress and obstacles, as well as lead status and alignment meetings with internal teams (SAP functional, developers) and business stakeholders/suppliers (Guepardo and partner consultancies).

• Manage risks and issues, proposing action plans, alternatives for deviations, and resolving conflicts.

• Engage in business requirements analysis, reviewing documentation and translating fiscal/legal needs into functional and technical specifications for configurations in Guepardo and SAP.

• Serve as the focal point for integrating Guepardo Tax with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD), understanding data flows, impacts on tax assessment, and ancillary obligations.

• Actively participate in testing phases (unit, integrated, and UAT), ensuring that configurations and developments comply with current legislation and project requirements.

• Define and develop/improve processes, metrics, and project management indicators.

• Keep project documentation updated in management tools, including minutes of all meetings, scope, schedules, lessons learned, and the collection/storage of evidence and formalizations.

• Prepare weekly status reports and ensure smooth and clear communication between business areas, IT, and project stakeholders.

• Create necessary artifacts for the Kick-off and project initiation and closure terms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing and/or supporting implementation or improvement projects of systems.

• Mandatory experience or direct contact with the Guepardo Tax solution and prior knowledge/experience with ERP SAP projects.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Traditional - Waterfall and/or Agile - Scrum/Kanban).

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
