📋 Description

• Provide assistance to users of the Clube Digital Matinê via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Guide clients on how to access and utilize the platform effectively.

• Resolve inquiries and track requests until they are fully addressed.

• Build a close and welcoming relationship with a predominantly elderly audience.

• Record interactions and monitor outstanding issues.

• Identify sales opportunities during client interactions.

• Present the benefits of Clube Digital Matinê in a natural and consultative manner.

• Prospect for new clients and support commercial campaigns.

• Conduct follow-up contacts with potential clients.

• Assist in retention and loyalty initiatives.

• Support planning and monitoring of projects.

• Organize schedules, activities, and deliverables.

• Document meetings and track the execution of defined actions.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation.

• Ensure activities are followed through to completion.

• Create institutional and commercial presentations using PowerPoint.

• Organize information clearly, objectively, and visually appealing.

• Develop support materials for meetings, events, and presentations for clients and partners.

• Source graphics, images, and references to enhance the professionalism of presentations.

• Collect information from various platforms utilized by the company.

• Consolidate data and produce management reports.

• Develop indicators for monitoring key processes.

• Assist in analyses that inform strategic decisions.

• Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.

• Support the use of digital tools utilized by the company.

• Aid in updating content on WordPress.

• Assist with other activities related to the development of Clube Digital Matinê.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Administration, Communication, Marketing, Project Management, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Canva AI.

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Ability to work with various digital platforms.

• Quick to learn new technologies.

• Familiarity with WordPress will be considered an asset.

• Interest in the theme of healthy longevity.

• Knowledge in digital health or health innovation.

• Experience in customer service.

• Experience in consultative sales.

• Experience in creating executive presentations.

• Experience in developing management indicators.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance productivity.
