Analista de Projetos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead, plan, organize, and oversee all phases of projects, from kick-off to completion.

• Support management in strategic planning and organizing timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management tracking.

• Identify deviations and assist in developing corrective and contingency action plans.

• Serve as a communication facilitator among various departments involved in the projects.

• Map and document processes to promote continuous improvement and standardization of practices in the area.

• Identify market trends and new business opportunities, aiding in the creation of Business Cases.

• Provide training and guidance on project management methodologies and tools to team members.

• Contribute to the development of initiatives focused on innovation and customer experience in the Parts & Services area.

• Work on projects related to Connected Services, Online Scheduling, Approved Shielding, and new Preventive Maintenance products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience in after-sales processes within automotive dealerships.

• Background in project management, PMO, schedule tracking, and delivery management.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum.

• Experience with scheduling processes, customer experience, and Business Case development.

• Proven ability to prepare and present management reports.

• Analytical skills for identifying opportunities and improving processes.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
