Analista de Procesos, Productividad y Soporte de Sistemas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for enhancing productivity and reducing the team's workload.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions utilizing AI technologies, such as BOTS, to automate and streamline processes.

• Leverage your knowledge of Event Process Chain (EPC) and ERP systems to optimize the integration and performance of business systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for EPC and ERP systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Train end-users on the use of systems and tools, and offer ongoing support to optimize productivity and user experience.

• Stay updated on trends and advancements in EPC and ERP systems, as well as AI technologies, to recommend improvements and updates.

• Utilize advanced English skills to communicate effectively with international teams and participate in global projects.

• Employ Excel and other data analysis tools to gather, analyze, and present relevant information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in process analysis and system support, preferably with a focus on Event Process Chain (EPC) and ERP systems.

• Solid understanding of the methodology and implementation of Event Process Chain (EPC).

• Experience using BOTS and other AI technologies to automate processes and enhance productivity.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration into business processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Knowledge or experience in the construction equipment rental industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
