This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify, analyze, document, and model financial, budgeting, accounting, treasury, and administrative management processes for a public entity in Latin America.
• Gather information through interviews, workshops, working sessions, and document reviews.
• Identify stakeholders, activities, business rules, inputs, outputs, controls, and dependencies.
• Analyze operational processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplications, and areas for improvement.
• Develop AS-IS and TO-BE models using BPMN 2.0.
• Maintain traceability between processes, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Manage repositories of models and associated artifacts using Camunda or other equivalent platforms.
• Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery, validation, and consensus workshops with users.
• Present results and improvement proposals to functional stakeholders.
• Manage observations and ensure the formal validation of documented processes.
• Produce methodological documentation, process manuals, and operational procedures.
• Keep process repositories updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with functional, technological, and change management teams to implement proposed improvements.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in business process analysis, gathering, and modeling.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational transformation projects, process improvement, or management system implementation.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements.
• Experience in process modeling using BPMN 2.0.
• Familiarity with tools such as Camunda, Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working sessions with business users.
• Experience in validating and documenting processes with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0.
• Understanding of business analysis methodologies, such as BABOK or equivalent.
• Knowledge of process management and improvement.
• Familiarity with use cases and functional requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in public administration organizations and in economic-financial, budgeting, accounting, or treasury processes is a plus.
• Postgraduate training in Process Management or related areas will be valued.
• Stability: upon completing one project, you will begin another.
