📋 Description

• Oversee the entire payroll process for Colombia

• Generate various reports

• Handle post-payroll activities, including accounting, social security, and taxation

• Evaluate collective bargaining agreements

• Advanced students or graduates in Public Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields

• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in similar roles

• Proficient in SAP for payroll management

• Advanced skills in computer tools

• Proactive mindset

• Service-oriented attitude

• Current and future work authorization in Colombia without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada
