This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality work

• Support other team members, operations, and business areas

• Actively participate in meetings

• Create requirement and technical documentation

• Review and validate business processes and recommend improvements

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders

• Define the scope and timeline for implementations and enhancements of new products in collaboration with the technical team

• Define and write the scope of Jira stories, sizing, and sprint planning with the squad team

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews

• Conduct meetings with local vendors in the USA, such as Bloomberg, Pershing, and SEI

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, including the creation of requirement and technical documentation

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and BPM development tools

• Knowledge of BPM methodology

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency

• Understanding of agile methodologies

• Experience in product development

• Preferred: knowledge of investment products (Mutual Funds, Stocks, Bonds, Derivatives, and Alternatives)

• Preferred: experience in banking/financial institutions

• Preferred: experience working in cross-functional teams (Agile/Scrum)

• Preferred: teamwork skills, commitment, and effective communication

• Preferred: knowledge in Accounting (Hedge Accounting)

• Preferred: experience in Private Banking
