This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI agents, advanced automations, and new operational models.

• Serve as a technical and consultative link between the Business, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Technology departments.

• Translate operational challenges and business requirements into automated workflows, integrated journeys, and robust AI solutions.

• Design integration architectures between corporate systems using REST APIs and Webhooks.

• Ensure data quality, operational governance, and the evolution of the analytical capabilities within the area.

• Map processes and identify bottlenecks to propose continuous productivity gains through Generative AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree in relevant areas.

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, MCP, and orchestration of intelligent agents.

• Experience with iPaaS tools (n8n or Make), consuming REST APIs, Webhooks, and corporate system integration architecture.

• Proficiency in Python programming, JSON file manipulation, and version control with Git/GitHub.

• Knowledge of SQL, relational data modeling, ETL processes, and structuring dashboards/indicators.

• Experience in developing AI agents for corporate use and participation in digital transformation or process automation projects.

• Preferred: Courses, certifications, or specializations related to Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Analytics, Martech, or Digital Transformation. Experience with the Bitrix24, HubSpot, or RD Station ecosystems. Proficiency in creating reports in Power BI or Looker Studio.
