Analista de Modelagem Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop credit risk models using statistical techniques and Machine Learning solutions, with a focus on Python;

• Manipulate, explore, and analyze large datasets utilizing Python;

• Conduct ad hoc studies and statistical analyses to support decision-making;

• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions;

• Define the success metrics that need to be monitored and lead experiments to validate impact;

• Interpret analytical results, assessing their coherence, relevance, and impact on the business;

• Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into clear and objective insights suitable for diverse audiences, including clients from various segments and internal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command of statistical concepts;

• Data manipulation and SQL skills;

• Solid experience in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and development of statistical and Machine Learning models;

• Knowledge in Cloud (AWS), code versioning (git/bitbucket), and best programming practices (PEP-8);

• Analytical, inquisitive, and curious mindset with a continuous interest in learning, technical evolution, and identifying patterns and improvement opportunities;

• Ability to propose solutions aligned with business strategies;

• Strong communication skills, with ease in interacting with internal and external clients;

• Proactive profile, focused on results, quality, and delivering value;

• Collaborative profile with ongoing exchanges and contributions to the team.

• Differentials: Knowledge and experience in GenAI; experience in variable creation; experience with modeling for various response variables beyond delinquency (e.g., behavioral indicators, relationships with financial institutions, betting, longevity, propensity, and other signs of risk or customer value).
