This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Development and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing platforms;
• Conducting A/B testing of various elements, such as ads, target audiences, and landing pages, to identify optimal strategies and facilitate continuous learning;
• Assisting in the preparation of the monthly media plan;
• Daily monitoring of results to ensure that targets are met;
• Conducting investigative analyses of results using Google Analytics, dashboards, CRM tools, and media platforms;
• Preparing management reports;
• Holding meetings with media outlets;
• Acting as the media point of contact for projects involving various stakeholders;
• Overseeing the creation of media assets: initiating briefings, providing feedback, securing approvals, etc.;
• Collaborating with other teams to monitor results;
• Engaging with a programmatic media agency (analyzing the media plan, tracking results, etc.);
• Bachelor's degree;
• Previous experience with lead generation campaigns in the B2B sector and managing significant budgets;
• Experience with programmatic media (DV360);
• Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation, including pivot tables and graph construction;
• Familiarity with AI technologies (Claude and Gemini);
