Analista de Marketing Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead growth marketing strategies, optimizing acquisition channels and the sales funnel;

• Plan and execute strategic promotional campaigns;

• Establish and maintain relationships, executing projects alongside strategic partners;

• Develop educational materials and pathways for the market and clients in collaboration with strategic partners;

• Organize and execute events (both online and offline) aimed at generating leads, trials, and strengthening the brand;

• Analyze growth metrics and the ROI of events, projects, and partnerships, implementing continuous improvements;

• Work in a generalist capacity, understanding all opportunity windows within the marketing domain;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure strategy alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business Administration;

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Growth Marketing, event management, educational marketing, and partnerships;

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing;

• Advanced knowledge in 360 Marketing;

• Strong analytical skills to interpret acquisition data and implement continuous improvements;

• Proficiency in data and analysis (reports, tracking results, trends, market/competition research, action performance, future projections, SWOT analysis);

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills;

• Strong organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity.

• Additional advantages: Experience in SaaS companies; Knowledge of online event platforms (Zoom, StreamYard); Familiarity with the dental market is a significant plus; Intermediate/advanced English.
