Analista de Marketing Estratégico – Gestão de Contas e Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead alignment sessions with clients via WhatsApp, email, and meetings

• Identify pain points, opportunities, and bottlenecks for each account

• Organize demands concerning traffic, copy, design, content, and video

• Develop clear briefings for the team to execute with minimal rework

• Monitor traffic and funnel metrics: CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, leads, appointments, attendance, sales, and reported revenue

• Request materials, commercial feedback, and next steps from clients

• Propose actions based on data, context, and the clinic's reality

• Anticipate risks of dissatisfaction, delays, or decreases in perceived value

• Ensure the client feels well-guided, informed, and secure about the plan

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, account management, customer success, or agency support

• Strong understanding of paid traffic, especially Meta Ads

• Clear, assertive, and consultative communication skills

• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously

• Ability to turn problems into actionable plans

• Proficient writing skills for creating briefings, directives, and client messages

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp Web

• Maturity to manage demanding clients, pressure for results, and a routine of follow-ups

• Experience with clinics, health, aesthetics, or dentistry is a plus

• Background in lead generation, reactivation, WhatsApp groups, or short launches is a plus

• Knowledge of commercial funnels, CRM, follow-ups, and automations is a plus

• Understanding of copy, content, and creatives for performance is a plus

• Previous experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously is a plus
