Analista de Infraestrutura – Red Hat

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the implementation team in carrying out tasks and troubleshooting issues related to project implementation.

• Execute specific implementation tasks in accordance with the instructions and guidance provided by the project leadership team.

• Participate in quality testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet established requirements and quality standards.

• Assist in training end-users on how to utilize the newly implemented solutions or systems, offering support throughout the adaptation process.

• Provide basic technical support to resolve issues or inquiries related to the implementation of solutions, escalating tickets to higher levels or manufacturers as needed.

• Assist in configuring and customizing solutions as necessary to meet specific client or project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Experience with Linux operating system implementation.

• Knowledge in Project Management.

• Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift.

• Preferred Linux certifications.

• Preferred experience with Red Hat solutions.
