This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design, implement, manage, and optimize the IT infrastructure (physical, virtualized, and Cloud) to ensure high availability, performance, and security;
• Serve as a technical reference in decisions regarding Windows/Linux server architecture, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V);
• Execute hybrid migrations (on-premise ↔ public cloud in both directions);
• Plan, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure;
• Manage, evolve, and sustain Kubernetes environments in production within public clouds;
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible;
• Implement DevSecOps practices: access management, secrets, compliance, and security in pipelines;
• Ensure advanced observability with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK/Splunk;
• Inspect and analyze code quality with SonarQube integrated into pipelines;
• Collaborate to maintain, modify, enhance, and document technological routines to prevent issues;
• Define and implement solutions for development and operations (DevOps);
• Adopt and maintain software architecture and infrastructure standards;
• Collaborate in the analysis, support, monitoring, and management of the entire technological landscape;
• Deploy applications across various clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
• Manage on-premise infrastructure using VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox VE;
• Plan and execute public cloud to on-premise migrations when necessary;
• Create and maintain automated pipelines with SonarQube integration for continuous code quality analysis;
• Utilize Rancher for microservices management;
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools;
• Create custom metrics, configure alerts, and analyze logs (event tracing);
• Apply DevSecOps practices: access management, secrets, compliance, and security in pipelines;
• Continuously inspect and analyze source code.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields
• Mandatory Experience (minimum 5 years):
• Proven experience in DevOps focusing on automation and critical infrastructure;
• Advanced virtualization: VMware vCenter, vCloud Director, Proxmox VE with Ceph;
• Linux: proficient in advanced scripting and commands;
• Version control: proficiency in DevOps/GIT;
• Networking for DevOps: solid knowledge of HTTP/S, TLS, DNS, SSH, Load Balancer;
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible;
• Containers: Docker and Kubernetes (K8s);
• Kubernetes orchestration: experience with AKS and/or Rancher;
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps CI/CD and/or GitOps (Helm, ArgoCD);
• Code quality: SonarQube;
• Observability: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar (Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace);
• Scripting languages: Python, Ruby, or Bash;
• Development: Golang or Python for applications;
• Cloud provisioning: AWS, GCP, OCI, and AZURE.
• Differentials (desirable):
• Additional CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Nexus;
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
