Analista de Implantação, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement the ERP management software for Nomus clients through online or in-person meetings as necessary.

• Understand the processes and requirements of clients.

• Guide clients in modeling the software to ensure the success of the project.

• Train users in the utilization of the system.

• Empower clients with management practices related to the implementation.

• Simulate and validate the routines implemented with users at client sites.

• Support clients in the growth of their business, ensuring that the benefits of the solution are evident.

• Conduct implementation meetings with clients, monitor project progress, and turn clients into success stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week in a home-office setting with flexible hours.

• Passion for production engineering, business management, and information technology.

• Interest in transforming the management of small and medium-sized Brazilian industries.

• Initiative, eagerness to learn, and commitment.

• At least intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing.

• Professional experience with ERP management software implementation is desirable but not mandatory.

• Professional experience in manufacturing industries is desirable but not mandatory.

• Professional experience in business management consulting services is desirable but not mandatory.
