Analista de Higiene

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute and support quarterly access attestation campaigns for global applications, including report generation, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring corrective actions.

• Analyze access and identity data to identify anomalies, inactive accounts, ownership gaps, and other risk indicators.

• Integrate new applications and groups into the company's Identity Governance platform, collaborating with application owners and certifiers.

• Document procedures, maintain evidence, and support audit and control testing activities.

• Work with regional CISO teams, application owners, and IT operations to resolve identity hygiene issues.

• Contribute to process automation and improvement using PowerShell, Power Automate, and AI tools.

• Monitor and report on the progress of campaigns.

• Analyze data in Excel or via PowerShell by querying AD/Entra ID.

• Communicate with stakeholders across different time zones.

• Refine recurring processes, automate repetitive tasks, and integrate new applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or a related security or IT operations role.

• Practical knowledge of an enterprise IGA platform, such as SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), including support for access reviews and certifications.

• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with access data in Excel, identifying trends and translating findings into clear actions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and audit or control areas.

• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• PowerShell experience for data analysis and report automation (preferred).

• ServiceNow experience for ticket and request management (preferred).

• Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews related to access management (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred; not mandatory).

• Knowledge of Splunk, SharePoint, and Power Automate (preferred).

• Experience with AI tools for analysis, documentation, or process automation, including structured prompts (preferred).
