Analista de Growth Pleno – Cards Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee results and performance indicators of the customer funnel, implementing dashboards and automations for these monitoring processes.

• Lead strategies for product acquisition and engagement, concentrating on converting new and existing customers of Neon both within and outside the application, utilizing channels such as Push, Email, and WhatsApp.

• Conduct in-depth data analyses to generate insights and identify new business opportunities.

• Assess new projects, products, and features, directly assisting in the prioritization of roadmaps alongside engineering and product teams.

• Design and lead growth tests and end-to-end experiments, being responsible for everything from hypothesis generation and experiment outlining to execution, measurement, and communication of results.

• Present structured growth results and theses in leadership forums, ensuring strategic alignment of initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and solve complex problems using data.

• Initiative, proactivity, and a sense of ownership to identify opportunities and propose action plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information for reporting learnings.

• Adaptability to different scenarios and changes, with the capability to provide mutual coverage within a lean team.

• Ability to build strong relationships with other areas, engaging stakeholders and individuals in daily operations.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint.

• Proficiency and practical experience in SQL coding or equivalent tools for data extraction.

• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn and enhance your work through the use of Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Previous experience in fintechs or fast-paced technology companies.

• Mastery of Python as a data analysis tool, including data manipulation, handling, and routine automation.
